One of the managing partners of this outstanding firm is Felix Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez started Zahr Trading (ZT), a commodities trading firm, in 1988 after being employed with O'Conner & Associates, an options trading firm. He began his career in January of 1987, employed as a financial analyst for CBS Records. Mr. Hernandez acquired a BA in Finance from New York University in January 1986 prior to his accomplishments and has had continual success since.

Graduating from Boston University in January 1986, Mark O. Rousseau acquired a BA from Boston University, in Finance before being employed with O'Conner & Associates in Chicago the following July. Within nine months Mr. Rousseau became a trader with O' Conner & Associates before he too pursued a career with Zahr Trading becoming one of ZT's founding partners. Mr. Rousseau is presently involved in interviewing, hiring and evaluating all employees as well as training clerks.

Alan Harry, a graduate from Rutgers University - College of Engineering, is also a managing partner of Zahr Securities. While still in college Mr. Harry was employed with Cooper Neff, an options trading firm. Upon his graduation, Mr. Harry relocated from Philadelphia to New York where he became a gold options trader, as well as began the training and hiring process for Neff's New York operation. Mr. Harry decided to leave Cooper Neff in February 1990, to pursue a career with Zahr Trading. Within six months of his employment with ZT, Mr. Harry became one of its managing partners.

Rosemarie Sheahan is one of the key players in Zahr Securities' success. Ms. Sheahan has been involved in securities since 1994 when she began her career as a trader for the NASD firm Leigh Baldwin & Co. She also worked as a sales associate for Dean Witter Reynolds and TR Winston, respectively. In April 1996 she was Assistant Vice President with Laid law Equities and one year later in 1997 became an investment banker as well as salesperson for Spencer Track Securities. Ms. Sheahan operates the General Securities Principal as well as the Designated Compliance Principal within Zahr. Ms. Sheahan is responsible entirely for managing the firm's business operations including supervising trades and monitoring risk. She is one of the managing partners who has brought and contributed her experiences and attributes to this company.

Eduardo Hernandez presently supervises and monitors risk. Graduating from Iona College, Mr. Hernandez, achieved academically having been awarded a BA in Computer Science in 1987. Within that time Mr. Hernandez was employed, as a clerk for Zahr Trading and one year later became a trader. Later, in 1994 Mr. Hernandez became a limited partner of Zahr as well as began his own account in 1995. Trading from his own account, Mr. Hernandez formed his own group of traders from which he manages.

Another managing partner of Zahr Securities is William Perkins. Mr. Perkins managed business operations and supervisitory responsibilities at Zahr's Houston office. Mr. Perkins graduated from the University of Iowa. He began his career as an employee within the New York Mercantile Exchange, and later in 1993, an over-the-counter natural gas options broker. In 1995, Mr. Perkins moved to El Paso, Texas where he was an employee for El Paso Energy and traded natural gas options. He supervised two other traders while with El Paso Energy. Mr. Perkins soon after became head trader of the natural gas options trading desk with StatOil in 1997, were he supervised four other traders, respectively.

In September of 2000, ZAHR took on another successful venture with the appointment of Marc Goldberg. Mr. Goldberg has become an immense asset, being one of the aggressors in this trading business. Mr. Goldberg is a graduate of Sy Syms School of Business in New York- a division of Yeshiva University, having acquired a degree in 1998. Mr. Goldberg acquired proficiency in the trading industry by learning from others at Broadway Trading, LLC, respectively. In just one month, Mr. Goldberg became Head Trader of Zahr Securities in addition to a Managing Member. As a Managing Member, Mr. Goldberg is ingenious to the recruiting process within the firm.

Jeremy Shoenig became a stock market enthusiast after moving to New York in 1995, giving up his Internet consulting career. Mr. Shoenig began trading equities in March of 1999 and just a few months later in February of 2000, he started trading at Broadway Trading, LLC, under the guidance of Jeff Easton. Subsequent to only two months, Mr. Shoenig established a reputation for being a very disciplined trader, becoming profitable within that time. Mr. Shoenig decided to move his trading career to Southern California in September of 2000, which proved to be an astute decision, because in February of 2001 plans of opening a Zahr branch office in California were laid out. After three months of hard work and dedication, Zahr Securities, LLC opened a branch office in Beverly Hills, California under Mr. Shoenig's management and supervision .
